What You Eat, and Who Cooks It
A private charter feeds you entirely. The flotilla feeds you until dinner, on purpose.

Two different arrangements
On a whole-yacht charter a private chef is aboard and every meal comes from the galley, built around what you eat. On a Yacht Week catamaran the hostess prepares breakfast and lunch and dinner is ashore — the islands are meant to be part of the week.
- Fresh produce is sourced from Bali markets before departure.
- Dietary requirements are handled at provisioning, not improvised at sea.
- Alcohol is billed separately on both.

Allergies, preferences, the things nobody in the group will touch. Provisioning is done before the boat leaves.
